Service I can trust I have a 2002 CRV. I love it. But it was making a whining sound. I took it in on a Wed, morn and picked it up on a Friday. All better! Jack wa I have a 2002 CRV. I love it. But it was making a whining sound. I took it in on a Wed, morn and picked it up on a Friday. All better! Jack was the person I dealt although he wasn't any of the 3 technicians working on solving and correcting the problem. I did tell Jack that I thought he had very good customer service skills and I meant it. He was personable, helpful, and patient. I was very pleased with the service all-round. I was thinking that I might have asked for a loner vehicle, but I didn't. I have always been pleased at Schomp. Thanks for years of service! More
