excellent service from customer service rep, Ali Guida! I was on the verge of cancelling my appt for service on my Honda, since the service center had been moved very far from where I live. However, I decided to keep the appointment since I had been happy with their past service. I met with Ali Guida, my service rep. She was knowledgeable, polite, helpful- and she made me feel that I had made the right decision in returning to Schomp for maintenance on my car.. I was extremely happy with the service. So, despite the fact that the dealership is so far from my home, I WILL continue to come to Schomp for future service. Ali Guida is to be complimented on her outstanding assistance. Schomp is LUCKY to have her on their staff. More

Great Service. No Games. We visited Schomp Honda to trade in our Accord for an Odyssey as we recently had twins. We didn't have a babysitter so we brought the babies with us. We visited Schomp Honda to trade in our Accord for an Odyssey as we recently had twins. We didn't have a babysitter so we brought the babies with us. Our salesperson, Craig, was so patient as my husband and I took turns looking at vehicles and tending to babies. Craig didn't mind letting my husband and I test drive separately so that the other could look after the twins. After selecting our vehicle we were offered a very fair price on our trade in (the first time, without haggling) as well as on the new vehicle. Craig researched additional discounts without us asking for them and helped us get the lowest interest rate possible on the financing. It was refreshing to feel like I could trust a car salesman - there was no haggling, no high pressure sales and no games.. It was a great experience! More
