This was a routine oil change. My car was serviced in a timely fashion. When my car was ready, the bill was reviewed with me along with what was found on the brief inspection that was done. I know the price of your service has increased, but what hasn"t? Your employees were courteous. This is my third Honda Accord. This is the first one we purchased from Schomp. I've never had any complaints until this time as my CDs that were in my returned leased car where discarded rather than returned to me. I discovered the 6 CDs missing just the next day so it is disappointing that the person handling my car couldn't provide me with excellent customer service and return those needed CDs. Some of them were my daughter's choir music and now I have to spend time and money replacing those 6 CDs. The receptionist who took my call the next business day told me people accidentally leave their CDs in the player all the time so why isn't there a customer service procedure in place for this? Very disappointing. More
