When I called Ralph Schomp to inquire about the radiator that was leaking & was purchased 2years & 9 mo ago, an appt was scheduled the very next day to appraise the problem. Last Thursday, my car would not start in the parking lot of the office complex where I work in Aurora, CO. I called and spoke with Martin (?) and he explained it was probably the battery and if it was then it should be under waranty. He explained the electrical test they'd need to do etc... After a cowork was able to jump start my 2009 Honda Fit, I dropped it off that night before close. It was ready the next morning by 10am and there was no charge to me for these services. More
