Schomp Honda Dealership Schomp Honda has gone down hill in recent years. I guess Lisa Schomp and her family are no longer involved in the business. They used to be better. General rudeness and poor customer service. Honda corp. While I'm here I will complain about three more Honda problems. They destroyed my credit without good reason. You can' t do much about it without spending money on lawyers to fix it. Of course, no one at Honda Finance answers the phone when you try to straighten out matters. Second, it is a major hassle to get them to honor their extended warranty. Long phone calls, confusion, and blank stares. I won't go for that again. Third, Honda's implementation of the Home link system is faulty. It only works sporadically. Even after having it serviced. More
