I first dealt with Heidi when she was a manager I first dealt with Heidi when she was a manager appraising my car for a trade in, she was very pleasant to deal with and no pressure to buy , but co I first dealt with Heidi when she was a manager appraising my car for a trade in, she was very pleasant to deal with and no pressure to buy , but could not get me the deal I wanted. I didn't get that car, but she was always glad to help me when I came in. Six months later I did buy a car from Heidi. Because I was not accepting the trade price they offered for my car she called me after I left ,and got me a better trade. But our friendship did not end there like at most dealers, she has been a great help with any small problems, But above all she is the most pleasant sales person I have ever known and I have bought over 80 cars in my life.
