I found a 2016 RAV4 with less than 15,000 miles & in like new condition. Javier was very professional & knowledgeable. I literally was in& our in less than 1.5 hours & on my way home. Schomp care Left me completely helpless I took my Honda CR-V to service. This time I end up spending over 500 bucks. When I handed over the vehicle with about 30 miles to drive gas left. Aft I took my Honda CR-V to service. This time I end up spending over 500 bucks. When I handed over the vehicle with about 30 miles to drive gas left. After 1 day they got it done. And when I started the car fuel indicator showed, gas tank is completely empty. So, they might have kept the engine running quite a lot to completely drain the remaining gas. So, I went over to the service desk lady and asked if they can pump about a 1/4 of a gallon so that I can drive to the nearest gas station safely. I won't be asking if I didn't feel helpless. I was afraid that I might run out of gas before I got to the gas station. They said 'No, you figure it out, we can't do anything about it'. I got goose bumps and totally surprised they were not even willing to consider in a humane manner. 1/4 of a gallon is less than a dollars worth gas. Is it a big deal for a dealership, especially for a customer who bought the vehicle from them? I bought my CR-V from Schomp and signed up for their car service plan because I felt they are genuine. Now, I feel it's a big mistake. Unfortunately, I can't opt-out from the schomp care, but I wish I can. Next time, I'm going to make sure to avoid these people going anywhere near my car. Well, my recommendation for anyone is, buy the car from them but don't sign up for the schomp care. I wouldn't want another human to go through the horror I went through today if this is how they treat the customers. More

While discussing the deal, and we have been buying 3 year old lease returns for about 15 years we asked all the right and same questions as we have in the past, and our sales rep was clueless. Our issue at first was the slight hail damage that was hard to see, as it was raining, We noticed it a few days later while I was in the garage looking at it. When I called it went no where. Then, we were promised a 2nd key as they could not find the spare...went no where, then after reading the Car Fax, that was a mess as the car was once stolen, this was never mentioned and i can only blame myself for not reading it there, but when I asked, they put it in the folder at the end of the deal. Again, did not mention this either. We bought a warranty with the car as we always do and they would not stand behind this either...SO, PLEASE BEWARE OF RALPH SCHOMP HONDA..THEY ARE THE WORST AND DIS HONEST. ENOUGH SAID AND BUYER BEWARE. More

Two weeks earlier, my car was totaled in a bad traffic accident and my wrist was injured. I dreaded now having to deal with the pressure of buying a new vehicle. But Dan actually made the experience enjoyable. He is friendly, genuinely seems to care about people, and worked with me to get the car best suited for me--not necessarily the most expensive.
