When I first arrived, Bryce explained the process to me and put my mind at ease that he wouldn't pressure me to buy a car. Bryce was cheerful and smiles. He also has great listening skills. I'm quite a talker :) Melvin was very professional and explained the documents I was signing which helped me understand them. Melvin was cheerful and friendly. When I picked up my new-to-me used car, it was immaculate. It had been waxed and details so there wasn't a spoke of dirt or smudge anywhere. I was surprised and delighted to get to drive such a shiny, clean car without having to buy new. Melvin showed me how to adjust the steering wheel and to push and not hold the start button.
