Every time I set foot in Ralph Schomp Honda I have the most positive experience in dealing with the Service team. They are all very friendly and helpful. Dealer has a user friendly web-site which made it extremely easy to make an appointment. Appointment was confirmed by email with the name of the service advisor. Might be a little more expensive than Sears or Firestone, but when these guys say the charging system is OK, I believe them. More

This is my 4th trip for service with your dealership and I am never disappointed with my experience there. I trust your technicians to honestly do what is needed on my vehicle and have never experience any "up selling" for unecessary service or parts. My vehicle is always washed and ready to go with a 30 minute heads-up when service will be finished. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you! More
