Rick Duvall is a great & honest Service Advisor with tremendous experience in the Auto industry. I worked with Rick & Ralph Schomp Honda many times for service and repairs on an older Honda. This enab tremendous experience in the Auto industry. I worked with Rick & Ralph Schomp Honda many times for service and repairs on an older Honda. This enabled me to continue to use the vehicle for 16 years & put over 230,000 miles on the car, which was 20 years old, when I did switch cars. Many people who dislike leasing, are not able to buy or upgrade to new cars very frequently, so with proper maintenance, my old Honda would have been reliable well past 500,000 miles. I highly recommend Rick and the service team at Ralph Schomp Honda. More

Great Service Department I want to thank "Michael Dodson" in the service department for helping my son out with our CR-V. My son James is attending school in the area and our I want to thank "Michael Dodson" in the service department for helping my son out with our CR-V. My son James is attending school in the area and our vehicle developed a coolant leak. We live in Franklin, Tennessee so we had to address the issue long distance. The way he took care of my son, his staying in touch with me, which is difficult at times, and his overall professionalism was great! Schomp care Left me completely helpless I took my Honda CR-V to service. This time I end up spending over 500 bucks. When I handed over the vehicle with about 30 miles to drive gas left. Aft I took my Honda CR-V to service. This time I end up spending over 500 bucks. When I handed over the vehicle with about 30 miles to drive gas left. After 1 day they got it done. And when I started the car fuel indicator showed, gas tank is completely empty. So, they might have kept the engine running quite a lot to completely drain the remaining gas. So, I went over to the service desk lady and asked if they can pump about a 1/4 of a gallon so that I can drive to the nearest gas station safely. I won't be asking if I didn't feel helpless. I was afraid that I might run out of gas before I got to the gas station. They said 'No, you figure it out, we can't do anything about it'. I got goose bumps and totally surprised they were not even willing to consider in a humane manner. 1/4 of a gallon is less than a dollars worth gas. Is it a big deal for a dealership, especially for a customer who bought the vehicle from them? I bought my CR-V from Schomp and signed up for their car service plan because I felt they are genuine. Now, I feel it's a big mistake. Unfortunately, I can't opt-out from the schomp care, but I wish I can. Next time, I'm going to make sure to avoid these people going anywhere near my car. Well, my recommendation for anyone is, buy the car from them but don't sign up for the schomp care. I wouldn't want another human to go through the horror I went through today if this is how they treat the customers. More
