I’ve foun We really enjoyed our experience with Schomp, primarily due to Noah. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I’ve found it rare for a sales person to be comfortable discussing the pros and cons of a particular model or option package, but Noah knew exactly what we needed to make an informed and happy decision. Schomps buying process took all the stress out of our interactions and we walked out (for the first time ever) truely happy with a car buying experience. My only complaint would be with the timeframe required for purchase. We were at the dealer on a pretty slow weekday evening. There were ourselves and one other customer purchasing a car. Both of us spent at least 2.5 hours working through the purchase process, which was substantially beyond the 1 hour promise. There didn’t appear to be issues with sales staff capacity. It seemed that the bottleneck was paperwork processing in the “back office”. I would suggest having more capacity for creating and printing nessecary forms to keep sales moving... More
