Anne and the team at Mini always go above and beyond to make the experience smooth, comfortable, and as easy going as possible. Plenty of space to sit and be comfortable. Tea, soda, coffee, and snacks are plenty and free. I cannot say enough good about this place. I have bought 3 cars in 3 years here and I will keep going back. They fix any flaws they can on used cars and the service department is always tops with loaner cars and constant communication.... Simply the best place to buy a car in the Denver area. More

Broken promises Corbin was amazing from when we first went ‘shopping’ to when the car arrived in Denver 3 months later. When we picked up the car, a few accessories were not yet installed, as promised. We then arranged for the car to return to the shop 5 days later...no one showed up to collect it and we heard nothing until I started calling 3 days later. At this point I spoke to Marcel who was VERY nice, apologetic and handled all my questions quickly and efficiently. It was collected from our home and we were told the work would take an hour but they wanted to keep it overnight to let it set. Totally fine. I got a call that afternoon at 2.33pm to say the work was complete and I could collect the next day. We called ahead as the dealership is a 45 minute drive away but couldn’t get anyone to call back so eventually we just showed up to collect it and IT WASN’T done. They had called and lied! Why? So we just took the car without the work. It was disappointing that no one seemed particularly bothered it was just like ‘oh yeah it hasn’t been done, sorry about that.’ More

It is very easy to work with just one person versus working With several people including finance and such. It made it a lot easier. More
