Jason was very accommodating and knowledgeable about all the differences between the two models and their accessories. I chose the pre-owned and so far am extremely happy with my Mini. I never felt pressured into any transaction. I have received quick responses to my questions or concerns. It was a pleasure doing business with Jason and the Schomp Mini dealership. The showroom is beautiful and a great place to hang out while all the paperwork is compiled. More

Courteous, not pushy, and efficient! Tyler Mihalik was the only person we dealt with directly and he was very helpful but not pushy at all. We didn’t hear any of the typical car salesman’s lines. He is very knowledgeable, having been a technician before, and he got a part replaced on the used car we bought without us having to fight for it. Overall it was a much more pleasurable experience than I ever anticipated buying a car could be. The dealership (Schomp Mini) was quite nice, too! More

Great experience We travelled 4 hours to go here. Our experience there was great. The facility is really, really nice. They are very welcoming and hospitable. The process was quick. I do however have two complaints. One, While negotiating, I did ask for different rims because I liked certain ones on another model. The salesman said he’d look into switching them out for me. However nothing came of that and it wasn’t mentioned after I asked. I never did get the rims. The other complaint, I did call the service department the other day to see about getting a quote to switch the headlight bulbs to LED because the factory headlights aren’t that great. After about a 10 minute call, I was told they don’t do that. Weird. More
