Best place to buy a MINI, period. I flew in from out of state because Schomp was the onlyl MINI dealership I could find that had a selection of cars with stick shifts, which I was look I flew in from out of state because Schomp was the onlyl MINI dealership I could find that had a selection of cars with stick shifts, which I was looking for in particular. (They have a huge selection of CPO cars, as well as new.) Schomp MINI, and my salesperson, Anne Giusti, made the trip so much easier for me, and the process of buying the car couldn't have gone more smoothly. Anne was so accommodating I still can hardly believe it. In fact, ALL of the people I met the day I was there were so helpful. It was almost the exact opposite of every previous experience I've had at other dealerships. I only had to deal with ONE person, Anne. She was forthright and transparent, gave me EVERY detail about each car I looked at (good and bad), answered all of my questions honestly, she didn't waste my time, and the prices were reasonable without all the added "documentation fees" and such that other dealers add on. My next car will definitely come from Schomp, and Anne Giusti. Thanks guys! More

Service Department Needs Help. Service Department (Bennett and Nick) are in complete disarray....... They didn't know my car was serviced there before, took 4 days to return an in Service Department (Bennett and Nick) are in complete disarray....... They didn't know my car was serviced there before, took 4 days to return an initial call, missed a major oil leak and a thermostat leak during a timing chain replacement. When I picked it up it smoked up a storm after pulling out of their drive way. Insulting since they claimed they test drove it and wanted to charge me another 167/diagnostic fee. They also threated to take my car legally after leaving me threatening messages saying my car was there for weeks. Odd.... considering I had paid my bill in full before picking it up and the guy who threatened me was the one who checked me out. They also claimed Mini was going to pay for the additional repairs only to retract the offer when I pointed all this out. More
