I'm almost 70 years old, and this is easily my worst experience with any salesman ever regardless of what they're selling. Somebody needs to manage this man's undeserved ego before he drives away every "older" prospect with a question or two. Sorry Schumacher, I know Buick is trying to reinvent their brand, but this overly aggressive and demeaning salesperson ruined any opportunity for a deal. More
