Before going to Schumacher I had spoken to two other local Jeep dealers and got the typical run around and a massively marked up lease offer. A friend that works for Schumacher Delray reached out and of local Jeep dealers and got the typical run around and a massively marked up lease offer. A friend that works for Schumacher Delray reached out and offered to see if he could help me. Within 30 minutes he (Jason) and Ash had an awesome deal worked out. Once I agreed to the terms they prepped the car and paperwork and I drove down to the dealer. When I pulled up I was greeted by Ash and Jason and the car was detailed and parked right out front. The process was seamless. Overall I am really happy with the Jeep, and the service that I received at the dealership. I would 100% recommend Ash and Schumacher Jeep Delray to friends and family. More

Dodge Charger Sales Manager is NOT worth my time We have a lease that is due to expire in June 2020. Went there on a Saturday to investigate pricing and selection for a Dodge Charger Scat Pack and wa We have a lease that is due to expire in June 2020. Went there on a Saturday to investigate pricing and selection for a Dodge Charger Scat Pack and walked out of there with no intentions of returning any time soon. Granted we were given a brand new salesman, this gentleman was doing his best to help us. We advised that we were not there to buy the car that day. When pressed to sit down and figure out numbers against our wishes, we were then told by our sales person that he needed to have a word with his manager (typical moves in the car sales world), our sales guy said that he had spoken to his manager and that the guy without even meeting us or introduce himself, had sent a message saying that unless we put $8K right there on the spot, he didn't want to talk to us. Well, you what Mr. Sales Manager, we don't need to talk to you and your extended bad attitude sales approach, you lost a sale that day, but I guess you are that important. We have since gone to other dealers, far more professional than your approach and we will get our vehicle, but rest assured that it will not be with your crappy attitude. I use to think this dealer was better, but lately, their service group has lacked and now the final nail in the coffin came with a sales manager that didn't have the courtesy to sis down for a few minutes. Mind you, it was 10:30 AM on a Saturday morning. Terrible dealer!! More

EDWIN is a true professional and helped me along the way to get the deal done. The team in Schumacher is great with the exception of this Eddie ”manager”, who focused on letting everyone know “how much he to get the deal done.
