Best Place! I started doing my research about 2 weeks before stopping at Schumacher Jeep Ram of Delray. I knew what I wanted from the beginning. I wanted to be pa I started doing my research about 2 weeks before stopping at Schumacher Jeep Ram of Delray. I knew what I wanted from the beginning. I wanted to be part of the Jeep Family. I just didn't know if I wanted to lease or purchase the vehicle. I walked into plenty of dealerships and I now understand how it feels to be harassed at a dealership. Finally I decided to work with an agent from Joey Accardi in Pompano. He said he will send me a proposal closer to the number I was looking for to spend. The next day I never heard from him, I was doing my nails and a commercial came up promoting Schumacher Jeep Ram in Delray. It’s a sign, I thought. So I checked out their website and sent my needs on the chat. Someone right away contacted me and followed up via email. I was very specific with my needs and they suggested I stopped by and talk to someone. I was a bit stubborn because I wanted to make sure I was getting the price I wanted before driving all the way to Delray. But I understand it’s all part of the negotiation phase. So I walked in and I had the pleasure of working with Scott Brinkerhoff. Scott is what TRUE HOSPITALITY represents. He listened to my needs. He understood my needs. And he tried his hardest to accommodate these needs. This is the first time signing a deal in a car dealership after having my car for 12 years. Scott made me feel comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Jeep I wanted. I felt at ease the entire time. Before agreeing on a number, the agent from Joey Accardi and I played phone tag. They called with a number in mind but Scotts was better! After signing on the dotted line with Scott, he then offered to buy me lunch across the street because I was starving. Scott is THE BEST sales consultant I've worked with after visiting 8-10 different ones shopping for my dream car. After working with Scott, I then was passed to work with Mark to finalize the financing, packages, registration, etc. Mark was also fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me and accommodate my needs. The lady at the front desk was kind and always offered me water/coffee. I look forward to coming back and checking out the service area as well. I'm sure I will not be disappointed with such an outstanding staff. Thank you Scott for making my dreams a reality! More
