Pricing was competitive; dealer personal were very professional and caring; obtaining the exact desired vehicle, while frustrating and difficult , we finally obtained a good fit. Even repairing a minor engine default proved to be very positive in that the service personnel provided a loaner and were very quick and helpful in fixing the issue with a smile.
