La vendedora isabela fue una exelente vendedora lo maximo muy profecional me convencio de mi negocio con tanta profecionalidad con tanta dedicacion que me sentia enfamilia me explico cada detalle del negocio y de cada detalle del carro la recomiendoal 200 porciento porque hace del momento tan ameno no demore ni una hora haciendo el negocio lo nunca visto en ningun dealer que he visitado y ella siempre al tanto de que necesitaba si agua si cafe todo a mi disposicion todas las personas del dealer saludaban muy atentos aun despues que llege a mi casa isabela me escribio para preocuparse de como me fue con mi auto que preocupacion lo maximo en vendedora

Updating my previous review: while the initial experience wasn’t great, Dan (service manager) and the GM personally stepped in, met with us, and fully turned things around. They handled everything directly and made sure our vehicle was properly fixed. I’m updating my review to reflect their effort—really appreciate the level of care and accountability from management.

Reached out 5 times to buy out my lease that I originally got from them, I got no response.. I had to extend my lease a month past expiration. I only got a response when we did a 3 way call with Ford financial. I bought out my lease on Nov 17 th and now have left 4 messages to get an update on where my title is. Crickets. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m sure there will be no response to this review which is consistent with there responses from my prior inquiries.
