After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . He let me know of further needs for the car by phone and I picked up a clean, serviced car in a few hours. Your waiting room leave a lot to be desired. Other dealership service waiting rooms have food, coffee, internet, computers, and lounge chairs for their customers. You have a long way to compete. They also give loaners when cars are brought in for service. Listen up!!! More
