A very positive experience Although I didn’t have an appointment to have my car serviced, I was checked in and told it would probably take an hour and a quarter. My car was read Although I didn’t have an appointment to have my car serviced, I was checked in and told it would probably take an hour and a quarter. My car was ready in fifty minutes! That included washing and vacuuming the car. I would call that outstanding service. Thank you Schumacher. More

After solving I was fortunate to meet with Michael Kuznetz when I came in for a few minor questions. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. After solving my few problems, I asked when I was due for a service call. I had 5600 miles on my Continental. Since I had no appointment scheduled, Michael recommended I do it now, if convenient . I was delighted and when my car was ready, it was even more beautiful, having been washed and waxed. More

He let me know of further needs for the car by phone and I picked up a clean, serviced car in a few hours. Your waiting room leave a lot to be desired. Other dealership service waiting rooms have food, coffee, internet, computers, and lounge chairs for their customers. You have a long way to compete. They also give loaners when cars are brought in for service. Listen up!!! More

Service department Michael in the service dept. was wonderful to work with. I went in for an oil change and it was one of the easiest service appointments I've had in a Michael in the service dept. was wonderful to work with. I went in for an oil change and it was one of the easiest service appointments I've had in a long time. Then Joe made sure my car was cleaned and vacuumed.
