It was an exceptional experience for me. From the beginning, setting up a test drive with Catianna and then going to the dealership. He made me feel comfortable behind a wheel of the Crosstrek which was unfamiliar to me. Contacting my insurance company and transferring and updating, as complicated as it were, went very smoothly. Never did I feel pressure to make any decision about my choices. Alex gave me a tutorial of all the basic items in the Crosstrek. Alex then led me to Tylyn, the financial officer and she continued the process. I had chosen the 3 year lease of the Limited Edition Crosstrek. She facilitated the final transfer of insurance with my agent, provided all the paperwork, carefully explaining each item I was signing and never rushing. The license plate and registration and the updated insurance card was all provided. And I left with a positive feeling about the whole experience. More
