After buying the car the staff explains all the features and most importantly remains connected to you to help with any future operational questions (this is particularly important so that you learn how to use all the features). Since the Outback had many new features we had many questions and visited the dealership whenever we had a question. Every time they were immediately helpful and resolved our issues, they even came to our home to show us how to use some of the new features we were unfamiliar with.
