Happy With My VW Purchase Experience I had been indecisive about my new car purchase. I knew I was in the market for a new car and had visited several different makes of car dealers in t I had been indecisive about my new car purchase. I knew I was in the market for a new car and had visited several different makes of car dealers in the past two weeks. I had always thought about buying a VW, but was not convinced that was the car for me until Scott came over and started a conversation with us, as we were "passing through" the lot perusing the vehicles. He was very friendly and offered to answer any questions that we had. He did not make us feel pressured at all. We wound up test driving a couple of Tiguans, and purchasing all in the same afternoon. The whole process went very quick and smooth. Scott has been very accommodating with any follow up questions and concerns that we had after the purchase as well! More
