I don't give bad reviews often but WOW. This dealership, specifically their service department, has real issues. I called to have the ac repaired on my lease. On the phone, the rep told me to bring it in wi specifically their service department, has real issues. I called to have the ac repaired on my lease. On the phone, the rep told me to bring it in without an appointment since this is a emergency. When I arrived, the service writer asked why I was there without an appointment. He then tells me it's too cold to work on the AC and he's short an ac tech. He also told me they do not have loaner vehicles. When I said wow and that this was unacceptable, he turned and walked away. He left me sitting there for about 10 minutes and when I went back to ask where we stood, he said he walked away because I cursed at him. That simply isn't true. After ignoring me for a while, he says "we're done and walks away again. This dealership is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Go to Gunther in Delray where they actually care about their customers. More

Zachary was not pushy at all, and was extremely knowlegable of all the cars features. He was very patient as my wife and I had oposing wants for features as he pulled out various models for us to knowlegable of all the cars features. He then set up an appointment with us just to show us all the features after we already got the car to ensure we were happy and knew how everything worked.
