I've been taking my 2006 V70 to Suburban Volvo for 5 years and have always been satisified with the quality of work done on my car. Yovonne Felix went the extra mile to call and keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle and, because of inclement weather, offered to let me keep the loaner vehicle over night and pick up my car the next day.
