Another Dealer Way Below Actual Value. I requested price and a trade in value from them. The BIG sticking point was my trade in as a Blind Appraisal. I WAS going to come in for an actual Visual Appraisal BU and a trade in value from them. The BIG sticking point was my trade in as a Blind Appraisal. I WAS going to come in for an actual Visual Appraisal BUT after a $3500 BELOW offer I declined. KBB has my 2019 Hyundai Elantra GT at $22,500. They offered $19,000. How can they stay in business with such disregard to a TRUE value to a consumer?? That doesn't even come up as ANY value because it doesn't exist. A number that was pulled out of thin air. I am glad I didn't waste my Time or Gas for that magical number. Since Covid-19 issues, about every dealership I have dealt with they are just in it for profit. New or Used, it doesn't matter. They are getting HUGE PROFIT. Dealership is NOT recommended unless you like magical numbers for your trade. More
