I had a 215 appointment to have oil changed and a state inspection done on my work truck. I arrived at 2 pm at 436 Scott Clark was finished with my truck. Over 2 hours to do what should have been done in less than an hour. Then they didn’t wash my truck like they said they would or disinfect the inside like the paperwork said they did. I went there due to this being a fleet truck and I live in Monroe. I will not be back. I will go to Charlotte next time. More

They replied to the initial email and said the car was available. When I arrived that evening, I was told the car was no longer available.
