Miscommunication rectified. Set Service appt thru Misty only to get there & have none. Pali Pali (new service writer) set up 105K service + wheel locks I was told by Misty were in stock. Paid, went to pick up & antenna was removed while washed but not reinstalled - just like wheel locks were not installed. I was told Parts/Service would call next morn for install. I called nearly every day for over a week, left word for return call & STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Every time I attempted to escalate I was told EVERYONE was n a meeting. Finally I got Justin on the phone, brought it n and all was rectified. Lots of apologies but mishandled from jump street. I rated a 5 star for Justin & Pali Pali but the dealership should be rated a ZERO, one at most. More

Our 2018 Camry without warning would not start. Luckily we were parked in our driveway. We had it towed to the dealership. When the car was ready for pickup we were told that the key would be left with the we were parked in our driveway. We had it towed to the dealership. When the car was ready for pickup we were told that the key would be left with the receptionist because we were not able to be there before the service department left for the day. When we arrived the receptionist did not have the key. Long story short a manager found the key after a lengthy search. We received no paperwork or a simple apology for the failure to have our car ready for pickup. More
