What a delightful experience A new Owner of a lightly used Highlander, I took my new ride in for a “well check”. I was pleasantly met by a rep who took care of me my entire visit. We discussed my concerns, he listened intently and we chose the best route needed. I entered the waiting lounge thinking I would find others sitting around doing “nothing” as I had planned to do. Wow!!!! What a surprise! From the coffee shop to the cafe, the gift shop to the nail salon... YES! A NAIL SALON!!!! I was amazed at the other conveniences as well.. I found myself occupied discovering the amenities offered to make your wait as pleasant as possible. I was in and out in no time and even got a complimentary car wash. I honestly look forward to my next visit!!! More

10k Miles Service We called and made an appointment on 6/8/19 at Scott Clark Toyota for 8:30am. We arrived on time, but there were long lines in each service dock. When We called and made an appointment on 6/8/19 at Scott Clark Toyota for 8:30am. We arrived on time, but there were long lines in each service dock. When a service associate got to us, he introduced himself as Pete and said he would take care of us and try to get us out ASAP, but there was currently a 70 minute turnaround time. By now it was 8:45am .Pete explained everything that would be done at the 10k miles checkup. Long story short, we were out by 9:30am and everything was taken care of. Even a carwash. Thanks Pete great job. More

Dennis Lee was fantastic to work with. Saved the day for us. We ended up having a great experience. It didn't start that way. I wanted to thank the salesman with the cowboy hat who got the process started for us We ended up having a great experience. It didn't start that way. I wanted to thank the salesman with the cowboy hat who got the process started for us. ( dont know his name...but he understands the importance of not having customers waiting around...) We actually almost left frustrated because the person we were supposed to work with wasn't there. He(cowboy hat)saw us just sitting there waiting and took time from his own duties to put us in touch with Dennis. Our thought is this. Appointments are fine but things happen, emergencies, etc. We didn't really care who we were supposed to meet. If they're not available for whatever reason, find someone else .. ...or else lose a potential buyer..In our opinion, Dennis closed the deal and should get most of the credit for the sale if not all, because he was "available" and took time to work with us. Someone did call (Raysi) me earlier in the week while i was in meetings on my internet search but I never actually met them..and It was for a another car (hyundai?)we didn't even buy. I also did appreciate the fact you guys were open until 9pm. We had other cars to look at but you were available and open More
