I explained what the car needed and we discussed some previously mentioned work that needed to be done. The additional work required a 2nd trip to the Svc Dept as parts needed to be ordered. This was very agreeable to me, the atmosphere in the waiting area is very pleasant, adding the cafe was a great idea, everyone I came into contact with was friendly. Some of my friends think I am crazy for continuing to take an older vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Only Scott Clark Toyota touches that car. I am very pleased with the work performed.
