We had a specific, not so easy to come by vehicle in mind (Tacoma TRD Pro with specific options - these are still highly controlled out of Japan as of 2018). Paul found it and communicated every step of the way meeting every ask. I will be back specifically just to work with Paul Moore only. We really appreciated the time and care Scott Clark did with the after sales and financing portion. What Paul didn't know, their vehicle instructors after certainly made up for. Financing was also wonderful. We wanted to be fully covered and warranted, including Gap. They walked us through everything and even made us feel at home with personal conversations. We worked with O and Michael. Top notch. While we won't be needing to buy again for awhile, it was truly a memorable experience for the next time. More

Although we were running late by about 15 minutes, Paul Was waiting for us at entrance(Such a lovely gesture). He showed us used as well as new cars and told us about financing options which was a little relief for our budget. His convincing power was such that we ended up buying our brand new Toyota RAV4 XLE. We were little confused about the deal but he arranged everything whatever we wished for and made the deal as the best value we can get for the money. He even suggested some good furniture stores in Charlotte. Till date if we have any query related to our car we call him and every time we get a friendly response from him. It’s overwhelming to get a call from him periodically to know about the purchase despite its already been 6 month since we bought our car.
