We've bought two vehicles in the last seven years there - Travis Wilson was our salesman - and he's gone above and beyond to help us with whatever needed to be done. I believe it was Mary that took the time to get the old phones deleted off the system and my new phone hooked up to Bluetooth - she was great! They installed a backup camera for us last week - it was great! It's an AMAZING dealership - the likes of which we've never experienced before! They need to teach other dealerships how it's done - they set the bar super high!!! Thank you Travis Wilson and Scott Clark Toyota for your whole wonderful service department. I have referred you many times in the last seven years to friends and family. More

Poor Managemenr I visited this dealership in June 2018 and was helped by Jay. Jay was great, he took time to understand my needs and to find me the perfect new 2018 c I visited this dealership in June 2018 and was helped by Jay. Jay was great, he took time to understand my needs and to find me the perfect new 2018 camry. Very sociable and present. Everything was great until Mr. Khan stepped in who found me the deal of the lifetime. He said he worked his magic and I could get the car I wanted hands down. Turns out, he was wrong, and I ended up leaving the dealership empty handed, with ridiculous rates demanded from the finance department. I understand mistakes happen, but I was kept waiting there for over 4 hours simply because Mr. Khan did not want to tell me that he made a mistake. Entirely unprofessional and cowardly. Finally after seeing Mr. Khan was refusing to even address the situation, Jay stepped in and corrected Mr. Khan. Sure I was upset but Jay handled it with care and respect. I’m not upset about anything other than having to wait there for hours upon hours due to Mr. Khan refusing to even make eye contact with me after he found out he was wrong. I have been a loyal customer of Scott Clark for every single car I bought, but will not be returning. More
