They get you in and out in record time. My customer service rep., Steve Vadala, was extremely professional and very easy to deal with at the same time. He explained everything that was to be done. When I got into my car after the service was completed, my Sirius radio had no signal. He came out right away and explained that because of all your signal apparatus on top of the building out front, my signal was blocked. Problem averted. Again thank you Steve for great service. More
