He was friendly, considerate and patient in answering my many questions, especially since I came bearing a handful of coupons for various service procedures. Service on anything always ends up costing more than I expect. He explained in detail several procedures recommended for my car, then we narrowed down highest priority of need to fit my budget at this time. I contribute the excellent service by Scott Clark and helping me keep up with regular and preventative maintenance on my car for that fact that I am still driving a 2005 Toyota Camry with well over 100,000.
