Very pleasant experience I originally was looking to purchase a NEW 2017 Toyota Tacoma from another dealership and went to talk with them prior to driving to Scott Clark Toyot I originally was looking to purchase a NEW 2017 Toyota Tacoma from another dealership and went to talk with them prior to driving to Scott Clark Toyota. We did not come to terms at the other dealership so I got on Autotrader and found a vehicle I liked at this dealership. I submitted to request contact online and within 5 minutes Chuck Richmond gave me a call. I drove about 90 miles to the dealership the next day. Chuck was off so Paul filled in. Previously being in the car business, I knew where I wanted to be for a fair deal. It was a very straight forward process and the shortest amount of time I have ever spent to pencil a deal. Mary did an awasome job taking care of me. My car was had been serviced quicker than I could get the shuttle service to bring my other car for my second appointment . You were over booked so I had to cancel the second appointment not to return even though I was informed bring your car and we will service it regardless if your aPp ointment has paased.. More

They get you in and out in record time. My customer service rep., Steve Vadala, was extremely professional and very easy to deal with at the same time. He explained everything that was to be done. When I got into my car after the service was completed, my Sirius radio had no signal. He came out right away and explained that because of all your signal apparatus on top of the building out front, my signal was blocked. Problem averted. Again thank you Steve for great service.
