Oil change or not? Brought Prius in for oil change and inspection. Advised wasn't time for oil change yet so offered 50k Mile check. 5000 Mile Check I made an appointment and showed up at that time. It was my first visit to the Service Department. I was greeted by Shacquille and he took my keys, to I made an appointment and showed up at that time. It was my first visit to the Service Department. I was greeted by Shacquille and he took my keys, told me to go to the waiting room and he would come get me when my car was ready. It took no more then 45 minutes and I was on my way - a very satisfying experience given how busy the place was. I will return here for my next service visit even though I live 30 minutes from the dealership. More
