Excellent Customer Service I recently went into Scott Clark Toyota to have a 30,000 mile service done on my Toyota Camry. Marshall Moore (Service Associate) was so helpful. When I recently went into Scott Clark Toyota to have a 30,000 mile service done on my Toyota Camry. Marshall Moore (Service Associate) was so helpful. When I went in I told him that I had called up to make my appointment, and to see how much it would cost, because I had already had part of the service done at an earlier visit. The representative on the phone told me one price and when I went in it was another. Marshal explained to me why the cost was what he was quoting and I understood. After I was waiting for my car to be serviced he had come to tell me that he went to his manager and told them what I had been told when I made the appointment, and the manager told him to discount my service. I was very appreciative of him doing that, because he did not have to. More
