Went in for an airbag recall. The airbag replacement was done quickly. However, it was suggested that my drive belt needed to be replaced due to cracks and wear. I did not have The airbag replacement was done quickly. However, it was suggested that my drive belt needed to be replaced due to cracks and wear. I did not have it done. I immediately went to a local mechanic that is close to my house who checked the belt, no cracks. Does not need to be replaced for at least a year. I was disappointed in Scott Clark Toyota as I love going there even though it is a far drive for me. More

actually had a good experience Jeremy Holt assisted me when I brought my 2013 Lexus in for an oil change and air filter. I had not been here before but will definitely return. The turnaround time was 45 minutes and the price was much cheaper than the Lexus dealership. Since Lexus no longer offers a loaner car unless you are having all their maintenance performed, I have no reason to pay more and wait longer. Was very pleased with the service provided. More
