Good Day, Thank you for taking the time to write the review so that we may address some of these issues. I am sorry for the experience that you had on this recent visit. It sounds as though a few things could have happened in this situation. One of which is a definite that needs to be done in the future and that is that the sales person should have given you the courtesy of a time frame for the search. If it was taking a while they should have had the courtesy to notify you of this and not waited. I am sorry you had to repeat yourself to the sales person after speaking to the receptionist. If you can remember I would like to know who it was so these issues may be addressed directly with them as well. If the car is in inventory the car will show on the website and should be available to be looked at but not test driven if it had just come into inventory. At that time it would still need to go through the shop to make sure that it was safe to drive and ready for sale. There is always the possibility that it was at one of our other stores in which case on the website will tell where the car is located. Again I am sorry for the way things were handled and I'd be more than happy to help you with this situation if you would like for me to or feel free to call me to discuss it further.
