Simple, quick and easy I had no plans on getting a new truck but while in for routine service I was approached by someone about the buy back program. I jokingly said I'll trade you mine for the new one on the lot. After a little negotiation I am going to pick up the new truck this morning. The salesman Rex Hastings went above and beyond to work with me since I wanted to do everything over the phone instead of going back to the dealer.
