We were able to reasonably negotiate with our salesman and his team (while they helped entertain our two kids that tagged along with us). Not that car buying is ever fun - but at least we did not feel pressured or rushed. Two days later, I left the lights on in my car and the battery died. My warranty did not kick in yet. Despite that, Scott Clark guys got in their private car and drove 10 miles to my house to jumpstart my car, free of charge. With a smile. Since then, they've stayed in touch with me over the phone, checking in about the car. They call to remind me of service. Color me impressed. I would recommend them for customer service and value. More

Akristen Brewer made us aware of optional equipment and Ben Garver most politely dealt with all the paperwork involved in the purchase. Finally, Abby DeVries was obviously quite knowledgable as she explained how to use the Bluetooth, sirrus radio, etc. We were happy to be given a great price for our trade-in.
