Exceptional Service I was driving and realized I was slightly past due on my due service. I had about 2 hours to spare. I called Scott Clark's , and Neil Degraff penciled I was driving and realized I was slightly past due on my due service. I had about 2 hours to spare. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN We recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma from Scott Clark. Took possession of the vehicle on a Monday evening, with the terms being they could match our c We recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma from Scott Clark. Took possession of the vehicle on a Monday evening, with the terms being they could match our credit union rate of 2.5% for 84 months financing. We left thinking it was a done deal... moving on to almost 2 weeks later... I get a notification that our credit report had been checked for the 9th TIME! 9 times! Instead of picking up the phone on the Tuesday after we took possession to tell us they could not match our credit union rate and give us the option to take their offer or get financing through our credit union, they continued to run our credit and had NO intentions of calling us! Needless to say we got 1.70% for 72 months with a full 72 month 100,000 warranty and GAP insurance with our credit union. I do not blame our salesperson as he warned us that they probably could not beat our credit union rate, but the finance guy insisted that they could. We love the truck, but will NEVER recommend any one to purchase anything from Scott Clark and plan to file a complaint with the BBB. It was very unethical and unprofessional in handling the sale of this vehicle. So now our credit has taken a hit with all the inquiries. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call and they had no intentions of doing so until we called them to find out what was going on with the financing. Should have went with our gut and stuck locally with Rock Hill Toyota or Town and Country Toyota. Will give much credit to our sales person.. he was upfront and honest, unlike the finance department, which to date, the finance manager has yet to call and we have the check for the truck and will not deliver until he does! I went by last night to drop the check off and talk to the GM. The GM apologized and offered me a tank of gas. I honestly felt like that was a slap in the face. Signed the paperwork and the person over finance mentioned this review and hoped I could marked it resolved. I told him that it was not resolved. I did not get a better deal or any other offer other than a tank of gas!!! When I left the finance guys, the GM was waiting. He then offered me a $100 gift cart to a steak house. Again I said no. I told him that I was really upset and that the only one that was really affected in this was me and my credit from being pulled 9 times. My wife lost a day of work and I had to take even more time to sit in another bank for 2 hours signing more paperwork that we had already signed. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They did not call me or contact me (other than the salesman) until this review was written!!! As of 2/3/15 - The sales manager is working with my husband to remove the credit inquiries and everyone involved has apologized. More

Crystal the service adviser is fantastic! Very warm and friendly and gave great advice in keeping the blue Corolla running till it had 280,000 miles!
