Confirmed deal on phone as I am in Raleigh - AGREED to OUT THE DOOR price and put $500- down - after holiday - I returned to Raleigh and my wife and daughter went to get the car - Frank said they could co OUT THE DOOR price and put $500- down - after holiday - I returned to Raleigh and my wife and daughter went to get the car - Frank said they could courier anything to me that needed my signature. Wife arrived to close car deal. Frank B began by having the title only in her name saying my wasn't needed and then told her there was another 1000$ fee that had to be added in. When my wife saw the car it WAS A DIFFERENT car than we agreed on with totally different color interior. Needless to say this BAIT and SWITCH tactic is as old and illegal as Frank is and I want EVERYONE to be aware that they are NOT the same dealership they used to be. We were repeat buyers as well and got treated like this so - be warned. I had to drive back and get her that night as we walked away. Hendrick Toyota of Apex was MOST accommodating and we got a car the next day – NO thanks to SCOTT CLARK OF CHARLOTTE. More
