We were in need of a car to help out a family member who came to stay with us to get back on his feet. Before he came though we had been discussing a car that got better gas mileage than my van. We were greated and assigned to Rick (not sure of his last name) and Reggie Johnson. Rick took us around and showed us quite a few Camry's. We also looked at some others. We had a lot of questions and I had to sit in most of the cars we looked at. All of my questions were answered in great detail and with a lot of patience. We took 2 of the Camrys for a test ride - one sport and one hybrid. After spending alot of time going over the Camrys and pretty much deciding on one of them, I spotted a Prius and had to take that for a ride. I ended up sticking with Hybrid Camry though. Never once did I feel rushed by Rick or have a feeling that I was wasting his time. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we discussed. He wasn't a pushy salesperson - if he was I would have left. Once we decided on a car we were brought back to Reggie. After hearing details about leasing and seeing the prices in black and white we decided to purchase the car. Reggie was also very helpful, patient and pleasant to have to work with. We asked him for a few minutes alone so that we could discuss finances and he left the room. He didn't come back until we called him, which I liked. He too wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions in detail. We spoke to more people that day who were all a pleasure to speak to. Dee and the finance person. We ended up being there 4 to 5 hours by the time we left. I have to say I love my Hybrid and get great reviews from my family and friends. And I love saving the gas Rick said that I would. I would highly recommend Rick and Reggie to everyone who was going to Scott Clark to look at a car. You have 2 great employees working for you! When we arrived we were greeted by several salesman who put us in touch with reggie and rick. Reggie was not the tipical crook car salesman that you have to deal with sometimes, He was down to earth and cared about making us happy, Rick took care of all the test drives and was very proffessional and cared also about our needs. I have always been a Dodge person but since this careing and compassionate service i have moved to a Toyota person, I highly reccommend these salesman for any ones car needs.. And i cant forget about justin he was very good to work with on the financing of the vehicles. Then we contacted Reggie Johnson at Scott Clarks Toyota and our search for an honest experienced professional was over. Reggie found us a car that fit our needs and then some. Reggie was able to get us financed and out the door in a matter of a couple hours. We were going to keep our old car and sell it ourselves, but the REAL trade value he was able to offer us exceeded my expectations and we used that as a down payment. I highly recommend Reggie Johnson and Scott Clark's Toyota. Our next car purchase will be through Reggie without a doubt. Nothing that was promised was missed and we left in our new car feeling good about our purchase. My husband and I walked into Scott Clark Toyota just to look because my car had been total the week before. We were still waiting on my insurance money to be deposited so we were not really planning on bu look because my car had been total the week before. We were still waiting on my insurance money to be deposited so we were not really planning on buying anything that day. I had my heart set on a 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe. My husband kept insisting that I look at the 2013 Scion FR-S. When we walked in, we were greeted by Hank Flores. Hank was fairly new at Scott Clark but was very helpful. When my husband inquired about the FR-S, Hank told us that they didn't have any on the lot because they were being sold before they hit the lot. He went to find out when they would have more arriving and came back Ito tell us that it would be three weeks before they would get a black FR-S with a manual transmission in. I really needed a vehicle before that so I had decided that I would go on to the Mini dealership as planned. Hank went to get some answers to some other questions we had and came back with a great surprise. One of the sales persons, Rob Van Alstyne, had just purchased a FR-S about six weeks before and would be glad for us to take a look at his to ease our minds aabout possibly putting a deposit down on one. Rob brought his car around and I loved the style. It was absolutely gorgeous. He graciously offered to take me on a ride so that I could see how it handled and rode. Needless to say, I was sold by the time he was shifting to 3rd gear. No need to go to the Mini dealer now. We came back to the dealership where Rob and I worked out the deal on the FR-S. While this was going on, my husband and Hank were looking at 4Runners. By the time all was said and done, I now have a 2013 Scion FR-S Raven with a 6 speed manual transmission and my husband is the proud owner of a 2006 4Runner. We went in just to look and came out with two vehicles. Rob and Hank were absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them both. We will definitely recommend them in the future. More

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car from Scott Clark's Toyota, and I couldnt be happier with the car and the customer service I recieved. I worked with Robert Van Alstyne and I would hands down recommend him to a friend or family member. Actually, I have already done so. My step father use to be a car salesman, so he gave me a few pointers of what type of scams to look out for and to tell if I'm getting the good deal I was looking for, and I feel like I got just that. I went in looking for a new-slightly used Toyota Corolla, and Rob showed me two different ones, but he also showed me a slightly used Hyundai Elantra, which I knew nothing about and would have never even thought to look at it. The second my boyfriend and I sat in it and drove it, we were sold. Everything about it was great and much better, I feel, than the corolla. And on top of all that, it was cheaper as well, which made it that much better. Any questions we had, Rob was able to answer thoroughly, so I wasnt left with any doubts about anything. What I loved most about working with Rob, is that he was blunt as to whether we were getting a good deal or not, not only with the car, but he also helped us with finding a new insurance company and agent. He gave me a few different agents who he knew would not rip me off, and when they gave me my quote he would say whether it was great, ok, or just aweful. So thank you, Rob. I absolutely love my new car and could not be happier! More
We did all our research online, and James Rucker was the first person from any dealership to contact us. We have three young kids, so we sort of dreaded car shopping with them, but James made it so easy by first person from any dealership to contact us. It was 100 degrees in the shade too, and he thought of ways to keep us in the cool--letting the kids stay in one car with a/c on while we looked at others on the lot. I was really impressed with how well he know his new inventory! Saved us a lot of time, didn't have to look at cars that didn't meet our criteria. In fact, he found us "the" car within 30 minutes at the dealership, and then made the rest of the process go as smoothly as possible. He set the kids up with coloring books and a place to play, and really listened to our concerns and needs when working out the numbers. It may not seem like much, but having someone who really "gets" how tough it is to make big decisions with kids around makes a big difference! I never felt rushed, he really respected our time *and* our need to think things through as quickly as possible. Justin in finance was also very patient, and understanding, and answered all our questions with a smile :) All in all, I would highly recommend Scott Clark's Toyota and look forward to going there for all my service needs. The location is clean, well-appointed with comfortable chairs, TV, wifi, a nail salon, a deli and playrooms for kids. I had no idea what to expect when we started our process, but I dreaded it. Now I look back on the whole thing as having been kind of fun. How often can you say THAT about a car-buying experience? Of course, it doesn't hurt that James helped us select exactly the right vehicle for our needs and budget, and we LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I bought a 2012 Highlander Limited, and I am very happy. So if you're in the market for a Toyota, or just a great car, you owe it to yourself to visit this dealer, and ask for James--you won't be sorry! More
