I have had my cars serviced here and have also purchased from this dealership. I had an issue with the service that I received on my most recent visit to the dealership. I left very dissatisfied. Over the course of my (short) life, I have purchased 6 new cars prior to this purchase at Scott Clark Toyota. I worked with Nate Moskowitz, and I can't recommend him enough. Nate helped me in finding new cars prior to this purchase at Scott Clark Toyota. I worked with Nate Moskowitz, and I can't recommend him enough. Nate helped me in finding the Toyota Tundra that I wanted with all of the options and colors that I was looking for, after I had been given the run-around by another dealership for several days (a story for another time). Nate not only found my truck, but also drove me to another dealership (in another state) to pick up my trade-in that I had left there. After getting my trade-in back to Scott Clark, Nate even gave me a ride home since I didn't want to put any extra miles on the truck or risk something happening to it before taking delivery of my new Tundra. The paperwork took all of 30 minutes and was the least painful experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. As if all of that wasn't enough, Nate even delivered the Truck to my driveway a couple of days later (since there was some extras that we added last minute). Overall, my experience with Nate and Scott Clark has been great. My wife and I have been getting our Toyotas serviced here for over 2 years (since we moved down to Charlotte) and based on the level of service we have received, we will continue to work exclusively with Scott Clark for any future purchases. My wife is due to trade in her '08 Highlander within the next 6-12 months and she said that she wanted to make sure she worked with Nate also. I would like to say thank you to Nate Moskowitz, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Toyota or Scion in the Charlotte area head into Scott Clark Toyota and ask to work with Nate. After having leased (and purchased) a Rav4 from Scott Clark's Toyota, it is apparent that Scott Clark Toyota is not for us. We leased the Rav4 with a maintenance plan. It was impossible to receive re Clark's Toyota, it is apparent that Scott Clark Toyota is not for us. We leased the Rav4 with a maintenance plan. It was impossible to receive replacement tires as we needed them. As a matter of fact, the dealership still owes us two tires. Also, the dealership failed to make us aware of a TSB (ST001-08) that would have been covered by warranty had we known about it. I contacted by Jim Cline and Dan Gourley - neither had the courtesy to reply. Overall, the dealership is great at selling cars and absolutely horrid at establishing the proper service experience. If you don't expect much more than a transactional relationship with your purchase, this place is for you. However, if you expect proper handling of the customer experience, best go to that dealership in Huntersville. More

Our email address was given t Van Alstyne, are THE BEST!!! As members of Costco, my husband and I wanted to explore Costco's New Car Buyer's program. Our email address was given to the closest participating dealership and within minutes we were contacted. After exchanging a couple of emails and phone calls over a period of two days, Robert called us with the good news that a 2012 Prius Three had been located in the color we wanted and with all of the additional accessories we requested, EXCEPT for the extra tint we wanted on the windows. By the time we made the two hour drive the next morning to Matthews from Landrum, SC, Robert had the car picked up and driven from Durham to his dealership, sitting on the prep pad, and the extra tint had been applied to the windows. We were pleased with the trade-in value given on our 2008 Prius and after completing the paperwork (which was handled very efficiently) we drove away in our new 2012 Prius. Robert was so attentive to every detail during the transaction and made the whole new car buying experience so pleasant. With salesmen like him, it is understandable why Scott Clark's is ranked 18th in the nation in Toyota sales and service. More

My wife was very interested in a Prius, and had researched the specific model and options she wanted. I took this information and contacted Nate Moskowitz, informing him I wanted to surprise her s researched the specific model and options she wanted. I was concerned that the exact vehicle she wanted was hard to find, and would take some time to get to Charlotte. Nate and I were able to correspond very effectively via email, and he was able to get the specific model with the correct options in much sooner than anticipated, which worked out great. On the Saturday when I was going to surprise her, Nate was able to drive the Prius to a parking lot for various stores including the Guitar Center. Under the guise of my wife and I going to the Guitar Center for my benefit we turned into the parking lot and (lo and behold)there was a Prius just like she wanted, and ended up getting. Nate was excellent in helping orchestrate all of this, and his exemplary professionalism was commendable. The experience with Nate and dealership was great, and would be well recommended to anyone. Without a doubt Francesco (Frank) Bertuglia is the best Car Salesman we have ever dealt with. He answered our questions and assisted us with the purchase without us feeling pressured. In the past few months Frank has also sold our son a 2012 Toyota Tacoma Truck and our daughter and son-in-law a 2012 Toyota Tundra Truck. Robby Pryor the Sales Manger for Scott Clark Toyota is absolutely the best and most straight forward guy to work with. He made sure we received the car exactly the way we wanted it. All three of the deals our family has done have been with Robby and Frank. This whole dealership is extremely professional and they all put forth an inviting atmosphere. The Finance Manger we dealt with, Peter Moreno was very informative and Shelby King who trained us on the car features was fantastic! I would definitely have to say that if you are in the market for a new car or even if you think you might be go by Scott Clark Toyota and ask to speak with Frank Bertuglia and Robby Pryor. Robert Van Alstyne, Internet Sales Manager, responded quickly when I was ready to go from on-line browsing to talking to a dealer. This is my second Toyota purchase from Scott Clark (and my fourth Toyota quickly when I was ready to go from on-line browsing to talking to a dealer. This is my second Toyota purchase from Scott Clark (and my fourth Toyota) but my first purchase begun on-line. Robert came in on a Sunday afternoon to take me on a test drive because that was when I had the time, then quickly located the hybrid XLE Camry with the features I wanted in Georgia, and had it ready for me to take delivery locally in short order. When I saw the car and voiced a concern about the fabric interior door handle covering, he quickly consulted the service department, escorted me back to where "my" (potential) new car was being detailed for delivery, and with upholstery swatches in hand, allowed me to perform a visual check to be sure I would be happy with the tone and even the grain of the new handle covering that would be installed by the Service Dept. Everyone from Don in Finance to Shelby who briefed me on the new Entune program was personable and focused on my understanding and satisfaction, and Robert checked on my progress at every step to be sure I was happy. On a scale of 1-5, Robert Van Alstyne deserves a 6 -- he listens to and responds to customer comments, and shepherds his customers throughout the purchase process, even after 'the deal" is done.
