DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, DISHONEST WITH NO INTEGRITY! I DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, DISHONEST WITH NO INTEGRITY! I recently bought a used Scion from this dealership. Be WARY, when dealing with this dealership DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, DISHONEST WITH NO INTEGRITY! I recently bought a used Scion from this dealership. Be WARY, when dealing with this dealership. Always, ask and be given a carfax report when buying from this dealership. We had asked 2-3 times to be given one ,but the subject was quickly changed to avert our minds from the carfax. It turns out the car had been in an accident ,so this explains why the carfax was not given to us. The salesman Jim Dalo repeatly said the car was never in an accident. Jim even opened the hood to show us the numbers on the hood to explain that the front had never been damaged. WELL, to our surprise we noticed the right front had some damage so we pulled the carfax. It turns out the car had been in an accident on the right front. This car was being sold as CERTIFIED, which should never have happened. You would expect a CERTIFIED car to be as close to perfect as possible. We asked if the car had ever been in a accident and was told No. They LIE folks! Peter Moreno was the finance guy we dealt with. He knew about the carfax and talked us into getting all the extended warranty's. We thought that we were getting a good deal on a car with no accidents and no problems. WHAT we got was a car that had been wrecked and overvalued.Also, be sure you look at the administrative fee they charge. It was a whopping $599. This dealer will lie and get every dollar possible out of you. Stay away from Jim Dalo, Peter Moreno, and SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA as these are the old time used car salesman that you are always warned about. More

Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was very friendly (even those who had no direct contact with us). Our salesman (Sam Poole) was especially helpful and friendly. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and only showed us things that matched our criteria/wants/needs. He didn't waste our time trying to sell us something we didn't want. When we thought we had seen everything and it wasn't going to happen he found two more vehicles for us to look at. One of which we ended up purchasing. I was very impressed with not only his dedication to helping us find the right vehicle but also the dedication of the finance person we worked with Jeff. They both spent a great deal of time with my wife and I to work every angle until we had a deal in place. Their time and commitment to us as customers is one reason we will definitely return to their dealership in the future. The entire experience from shopping on the lot, working out the numbers and completing the paperwork was one unlike I had ever experienced at a car dealership.
