My wife and I walked in the store having had poor experiences with a Toyota dealership in suburban Philadelphia and a Lexus dealership in Princeton, NJ. We were convinced we would never buy another experiences with a Toyota dealership in suburban Philadelphia and a Lexus dealership in Princeton, NJ. We were convinced we would never buy another Toyota, but stopped in because we were comparing cars. Our experience proved us wrong. From the bottom up the people made the difference. There are many competitively priced, well built cars to choose from. We decided on the Toyota because of the people, their attitude and the "feeling" of the dealership. While the insurance agent was not needed, he did assist with obtaining my insurance policy number. The finance manager was realistic and helpful. We will recommend the dealership to friends. More
The first salesman, James Rucker, was extremely extremely unprofessional and just rude to my husband and myself. I would never recommend him to anyone I knew! He should not represent a dealership, which is known for great service. He insulted my integrity by wanting to run my credit first and to find out what type of payment I wanted. I was there to purchase a vehicle for my daughter who attends college. I specifically asked to see the two vehicles I had called about earlier - both being older model Hondas. My husband and I just bought both a Lexus 460 and a Mercedes SLK 350, so we definitely did not have credit or financial issues. He even say to me, "I don't tell you how to do your job and you should not try to tell me mine. I am trying to figure out what type of payment you want and I need to complete this paperwork first." He also advised we could work with someone else and I readily accepted. Nate was a breathe of fresh air and he took us directly to the two cars we wanted to see and we did purchase one of the two! He was very professional and I understand how he is the #1 salesman. I would recommend Nate to others without any hesitation. James level of service could have cost the dealership a sale, but thank goodness for Nate! More
We are so happy with our new cars! Yes... cars ! George was really great. We were interested in the Rav4 so George showed us all the different models.
