Each time the sales staff and management were more than courteous and treated us as VIP customers. I also purchased the service plan for my wife's car and the service at this dealership is first class. I traded in a Lexus to buy my first Toyota at this dealership and now I am completely sold on these guys. Special kudos to Steven Pecca, Roy Hamilton, Peter Moreno and Jimmy Kline. My experience with Scott Clark Toyota was by far the best experience that I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Their enormous store let me look at over 30 different trucks to pick the exact trim package I wanted. The other Toyota store I visited only had 5 to choose from and little variation in trim packages. The staff is very easy to work with and fair negotiators. They continued to work with me and be very helpful even after they had a signed contract to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. My fiancee and I talked to Mr. Gunderson before we arrived. We made an appointment with him on Friday at two o'clock. We arrived a little early, but Mr. Gunderson was with us very shortly. After we told him that we had decided on a Scion, he took us upstairs and we proceeded to take a test drive off the grounds. He was very helpful in showing us all the Scion offered. We decided that we wanted to make it offical and after signing the paperwork we were asked to wait for another employee to show us the accesories. It took a while before she showed up and we didn't really need any of the options. After we agreed that we needed none of the options, she directed us to a waiting area. The wait was a little longer than we would have liked but we were with a finance employee after a time. He was extremely helpful in letting us know our options and we picked what sort of extra coverage we needed. There seemed to be an excess in paperwork that needed to be signed. We then went outside to pick up our car that was full of gas and very nicely cleaned for us. We really liked that. Overall, the experience was good and if we decided to purchase another car, we would most-likely be coming back to this dealership. More
After moving to the area in 2004, I went to Scott Clark because I needed a Toyota dealer to service my Tundra. I have continued to go back because of Bobby Dills. The quality of work and price has always been good but Bobby is the reason I do business with Scott Clark. My customer service experience with Bobby has been nothing short of outstanding at Scott Clark's Toyota. I have and will continue to recommend my friends to Bobby Dills. I have never had anything other than positive feedback from people I have sent to see Bobby. Being in the service industry myself, I know how important it is to have a great relationship with people I work for. I also know what it takes to have that relationship exist. Bobby Dills exhibits these qualities by being straightforward and always delivering as promised. I never worry that unnecessary repairs will be performed on my truck nor do I worry that the problem or maintenance will not be handled properly. Bobby built this trust with me because his words and actions have always been one in the same during the five plus years I have been bringing my truck to Scott Clark. He is genuine and very personable. He always takes time to introduce me to the service technician working on my Tundra when I come in for something other than maintenance. This allows me to ask questions and get answers which give me peace of mind. There are a lot of places I could have my vehicle service performed but I never consider it. When I think of how many things I do not like about dealing with car dealers sales and service departments, it is easy for me to say I have never felt that way at Scott Clark. The finance man Marty Abernathy told me i needed to drive a 2011, that he would give me a price comparison, and I could decide which one would suit me best. Needless to say not only did I love the 2011 I FELL IN LOVE with it. Marty did everything in his power to get me the 4 Runner I wanted (the 2011 of course) Clark was with us the entire time we were there, let me look @ tons of cars, was very informative, and super patient! We had an awesome experience @ Scott Clark, I would recommend all my friends and family to go to them. I am very pleased with my 4 runner and WILL go to them for my next purchase! My husband, Scott, and I, cannot say enough how much we appreciated the service that we received on Saturday, November 20, 2010, when we decided to go to the Toyota dealership to look at buying a car. Our intentions were to look at the Camary and then shop around, but after dealing with our salesman, George, who was extremely honest with us about everything that we asked him, we decided that we needed to end our shopping spree and purchase the 2011 Camary. George took his time with us and made sure we did not have any questions that were left unanswered. There was absolutely no pressure in the sale, and that is what Scott and I appreciated the most. We both got to test drive the 2011 Camary and the seats were so comfortable that I felt like I was sitting on my couch at home. After we decided we wanted to purchase the car, we then met Michelle, the Financial Manager, and again, she was wonderful. She covered every aspect our of purchase with us and was willing to answer any questions that we had. We also had the opportunity to talk with Jimmy Cline, the Manager, and again, he was extremely polite and courteous to us. After Scott and I got home later that day, we decided that with the kind of service that we received just on looking at the Camary and then the purchase of the car, we would return to this particular dealership when we decided to purchase another vehicle. All-in-all, this was a well-worth experience to spend my Saturday. Not only did we get a fantastic deal, we got a car that will be with us for a long time to come, and we met three new friends. More
