We initially contacted RG Gunderson via internet sales, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also did a great job at getting us the best deal possible. After we accepted the best offer, dealing with L he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also did a great job at getting us the best deal possible. After we accepted the best offer, dealing with Larry Carrillo was also great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable during the finance process. I have dealt with many dealers in the past and have had some good experience and many bad. This was a great dealership, no nonsense. I would definitely recommend them. More
Most excellent Sales person. He is the reason we bought the car really. He was so enthusiatic, knowledgeable & generally had a fantastic attitude. It is a nice vehicle, though we have a had a couple of warning lights come on in the first 3 months. The lot was difficult to manuever in regards to looking at new cars. Regarding the vehicle, the rear storage area is really to small to carry anything - a small cooler wouldn't fit, so we had to put it on the rear seat. More
I was impressed with the showroom, the ease of purchase of the car and the expertise of all the sales staff. Steve and George were stellar. They got me what I wanted, and in and out in about 2.5 hours. This was my 3rd car purchased from them this year, which made the whole process easier. Steve was VERY easy to work with. We exchanged several emails before I went to the store, and he answered all of my questions promptly. I was a little apprehensive about the final price, because I had not emails before I went to the store, and he answered all of my questions promptly. I was a little apprehensive about the final price, because I had not researched the price on the specific trim-level I ended up selecting. At the last minute I decided against the back-up camera package. It turned out that I got a fair price: right at the listed regional average. Had it been below the average, I would have given a "5" score. I will recommend Steve to friends and family. I would plan to buy from him again, except I usually keep cars for more than 10 years. I was unsure about jumping to a Prius. I have had Hondas for nearly 20 years. The extended test drive really gave me a good feel for the car. The test-drive matched my driving pattern to a T. A week later, I am VERY happy with the decision. Finally, I really appreciate that I did not feel any pressure to increase the options: I was presented with a complete list of options, and was offered them, not "sold" them. More

I was looking for a good used 4Runner 4x4 for my son that is in college at App. State. I searched Craigslist, and all the dealerships in the area. I ran across a 2001 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 75k miles at Scott is in college at App. State. I searched Craigslist, and all the dealerships in the area. I ran across a 2001 4Runner SR5 4x4 with 75k miles at Scott Clark's Toyota. I called and spoke with Travis Wilson and scheduled to stop by that afternoon to see it. I went to the dealership around 5:30pm and met with Travis and also met Stephen Pecha Used Car Director. Stephen told me the vehicle just had the timing belt, water pump, tie rods and all the service done and that it was at the body shop having the front bumper repainted because of cosmetic chipping. Apparently this is a standard practice for this dealership. With the low miles and all the service current, I was sure that I had found the right 4Runner 4x4 for my son in snowy App. State in Boone, NC. Travis said the car will be ready Saturday so be here at 12 noon. I filled out my paperwork, got approval and was ready to go. This was on a Thursday and my son was coming home Saturday and it was also his birthday so this was to be his present. I had just finished a round of golf on that Friday when I received a call from Travis Wilson saying that I needed to get to the dealership and put some money down on the 4Runner. I said, I will be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, I had Travis paged. As he approached me he looked a little red faced and concerned. He said "they sold your 4Runner". I said "WHAT"! How could they do that? He said that Stephen Pecha was out that day and another manager who knew nothing about the deal showed the 4Runner which by the way, was getting a lot of attention because of the condition, and sold it. It was a done deal. Now here it is, Friday 5 pm, son will be in town tomorrow, birthday present sold, I'm steamming mad, in comes Jimmy Cline (General Sales Manager) and Chris Cady (General Manager/Partner). They took me in a private room to discuss this unfortunate incident. When all was said and done, Chris Cady made the executive decission to search their 42 dealerships and find me a replacement. He said in the thousands of deals they do, they never ran into an issue like this but Mr. Odom, we are going to make this right. They called me to another office and said, we found your replacement. It was a beautiful 2003 4Runner Limited 4x4, fully loaded, low miles, cream puff. It was located in Deland, Florida. Chris said I am going to fly someone down to FLA. and have this 4Runner here for you when your son arrives. Not only that but I will sell this to you at the same price as the 2001. The next day, my son arrived, we went to the dealership and they had this beautiful silver 4Runner Limited 4x4 waiting on us. This could have and probably 100% would have been a bad deal at any other dealership because they would have let me walk out the door. I have bought many cars in my days and I have never seen such care and concern from so many people. This was something that they did not have to do. This was a choice. A business decision by Mr. Cady. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest straight up dealership that's just now out to make money. They want a relationship. So in closing, I want to personally thank MR.Travis Wilson,Mr.Stephen Pecha, Mr.Jimmy Cline and Mr.Chris cady. You are all very professional and my wife and I have decided next year when my BMW lease is up, we are going to Scott Clarks' Toyota for our next car pruchase. I hope to see you all in the near future. Best Regards, Ron E. Odom More
My wife called this dealership looking for a 2011 Black Camry SE with a V6. She got Nate on the phone and when the other Toyota dealerships tried to sell me another color or force something else on me that Camry SE with a V6. She got Nate on the phone and when the other Toyota dealerships tried to sell me another color or force something else on me that I didn't want Nate didn't. He went right to work and said that it would not be a problem to find this car at all. I explained to Nate and Steve how I hated new car shopping not bc of the payment but bc of all the runaround you receive when shopping for a new car. They made it simple. They somehow located the car and kept me updated as to when the car shipped and an eta. The car arrived before the date specified and I was able to pick my car up early. Steve even stayed late (bc of my hectic work schedule) so I could pick my car up the same night. It wasn't as painful as I thought and everyone was so friendly. Thank you, thank you, thank you... More
