I was very pleased with my visit to Scott Clark Toyota. The night before I bought from them, my wife and I were poised to buy a Sienna from Lake Norman Toyota and had everything pre-arraned with the intern The night before I bought from them, my wife and I were poised to buy a Sienna from Lake Norman Toyota and had everything pre-arraned with the internet salesperson. But when we arrived we had to work with the normal sales guy and he tried to pull the usual car salesman tricks, so we left. We had to drive farther to go to Scott Clark, but I found out that they had a much larger inventory selection and I was able to get a great deal with RG Gunderson before driving down. When we got there we were very pleased with every aspect of service and price. RG Gunderson was my salesperson and he was very friendly, efficient and true to his word. I will recommend Scott Clark Toyota to my friends, even though it is a 2 hour drive for me. More
It started out as the most horrible experience ever with the original salesman (Ryan Ford) lying to me to get me to the dealership. Then he didn't have time to meet with me. I was dreading the long drawn out process of buying a new car, but these guys made it fairly quick and painless. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly. Roy was very knowledgeable and helpful- I had driven several other brands of cars at other dealerships in town and he was the most knowledgeable of any salesperson I dealt with. I liked that they had someone go through the car with you to make sure you knew how to use all of the features (and even the basics) before you drive the care off the lot. I had leather seats installed and they handled that in a very timely fashion. Thanks! More

The salespeople spent a long time with us (over 5 hours) and helped us understand the difference between models. We also were encouraged to drive a hybrid to understand the difference in the ride. Tim Nowell was very knowledgeable about the models we were looking at and the competition. He was able to answer all our questions. Jimmy Cline was helpful in constructing the deal and explaining the models, also. The finance managers were good at explaining the various options and agreeing on a rate. Jessica was absolutely terrific in explaining all the features of the SUV and in fact, spent an extra day with us going over the technology. A very good experience which makes us love our Highlander even more. More
At a car dealer I'm used to seeing salesmen ready to pounce on a potential car buyer but in this case I had to ask for help at about 6:30pm on a Friday. Seems the clunker program has had Scott Clark Toyota pretty busy. Jose Hernandez was asked to help me and he did a fine job from start of me just wanting to look at a Scion xB to finish of me buying one under the clunker program. It was easier for Jose and me since the Scion price is non-negotiable. The ridiculously high documentation fees dealers want to charge these days ($599) was a point of negotiation, however, and that went pretty smoothly with Jeff. There was no high pressure at any time, even when extended warranties were presented to me by Carlos the finance guy. I declined as I've found Toyota makes a quality product. More
I would have given the overall experience a GREAT except for the experience I had with the Finance person. I had a misunderstanding with the individual about timing of how long he would hold my check until for the experience I had with the Finance person. Dave McAlister helped us find the perfect mini-van to meet our needs within the constraints of our budget. He is a true professional and very warm and friendly! Robbie was wonderful. I wanted a specific color of a Toyota Highlander and Robbie worked very hard to get me the car that I wanted.
